What You Can Expect

Natural medicine spaces are a journey of reconnection — with self, with others, and with the deeper intelligence of life. At Returning Home, we offer trauma-informed, relationally grounded support through every phase of the experience; Preperation, Journeying, and Integration.

Preparation

Healing begins before the medicine. In this phase, we take time to build trust, clarify your intentions, and ensure you’re emotionally and physically supported. Together, we explore your story, identify your needs, and develop practices that help you feel grounded and ready. Whether you’re working through trauma, seeking clarity, or looking to deepen your connection to yourself, this stage lays the foundation for a meaningful and safe experience.

Ceremony

This is the heart of the process. In a safe, supportive setting—either one-on-one or in a small group—you’ll be guided through your natural medicine journey with compassion and presence. The medicine may bring forward emotions, memories, or insights that want to be seen and felt. As facilitators, we’re there to hold space for your process, helping you stay connected to your body and inner wisdom while honoring the unique path your journey takes.

Integration

The insights and shifts from the journey become most meaningful when they’re brought into daily life. Integration is where we process, reflect, and translate the experience into real-world healing. Through one-on-one and group sessions, somatic tools, and creative practices, we support you in embodying the transformation, tending to what surfaced, and moving forward with clarity and care. This is where the medicine becomes lasting change.
